“It will be the new neighborhood watering hole,” said owner Andy Kohn. “The heart of the restaurant will be an oversized bar where patrons can enjoy everything from local craft beers, cocktails and affordable fine wines to tasty appetizers, chopped salads, sandwiches and burgers.”

The upscale neighborhood bar and restaurant will offer more than 20 local microbrews on tap, a full list of creative cocktails and an extensive selection of fine wines by the glass, including EdgeWild label wines and non-EdgeWild label wines.

The chef-inspired menu will focus on smaller plates, including a wide array of appetizers and specialty dishes that are sure to become local favorites. The menu will also have a selection of hearty, full-bodied entrees similar to those on EdgeWild’s current menu.

The new location’s menu and offerings will also continue to reflect EdgeWild’s partnership, support and use of use of local purveyors, including Salume Beddu, Companion, Serendipity Homemade Ice Cream, Bissinger’s, The Caramel House, Cravings Gourmet Desserts, Andrea’s Gluten-Free Bakery and Purus Vodka. The craft beers on tap will come from local breweries, including 4 Hands Brewing Co., Anheuser-Busch, Civil Life Brewing Co., Ferguson Brewing Company, O’Fallon Brewery, Perennial Hommel Bier, Six Row Brewing Company and Urban Chestnut Brewing Company.
