Dimvaloo Owner Kate Duryea; New Business Opens in March

The owner of the activewear boutique says she's active on the Young Leaders Board for USO Missouri: "I have a huge appreciation for the military and what it does for our country."

Meet Kate Duryea, owner of Dimvaloo, a new activewear boutique expected to open in March in the Colonial Marketplace shopping plaza that's being renovated.

The store, according to the St. Louis Business Journal, is the "exclusive seller of Australian activewear label Lorna Jane," and the Colonial Marketplace store will the first in the St. Louis area.

Duryea was interviewed by St. Louis Magazine in a short profile in which she says her favorite splurge is workout clothes and her favorite local restaurant is Lu Lu Seafood Restaurant in University City.

Duryea tells St. Louis Magazine that she's active with the Missouri USO's Young Leaders Board because, "I have a huge appreciation for the military and what it does for our country" and that she takes inspiration from "seeing people live out an active life."
