Bianco Properties Improves Olivette Center With Major Painting Overhaul

Managers hope to gain approval of an electronic message board by Olivette's Planning & Zoning Department.

Olivette Shopping Center was built in 1957 and purchased by Bianco Properties in 1978.  The 80,118 square foot complex is the largest shopping center in Olivette.  It is currently at 88 percent occupancy with 24 tenants, including Party City, Tuesday Morning, the Artery, the Olivette License Center, Ray's Doughnuts and the Olivette Diner.

The last major remodeling project took place in 1996, however all of Bianco's retail centers are updated every few years to keep up with changing trends and maintain a fresh look for tenants.

Most recently, the Olivette Shopping Center has undergone updates in 2005 and 2011 and included new storefront and paint.
