Here's who's hiring in and near Clayton, University City and Ladue.

Job: Engineering Intern

Experience: Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.  A valid Driver’s License is required.  Preferred qualifications include civil engineering students who have completed their sophomore year in college; prior material testing and field inspection experience; knowledge of AutoCad, GIS and GPS systems. 
Responsibilities: Reporting to the Assistant Director of Public Works, duties include construction and permit inspections for bridge, sidewalk, and streetscape projects; field surveys of City sidewalk and other infrastructure to determine necessary repairs; GPS/GIS surveys of street signs; tracking and documentation of construction project quantities and other duties as assigned.

Job: Financial Advisor

Job: Senior PHP Developer
Category: Full-time
Experience: BS required with strong computer science background, MS or PhD a plus.​ Proficient in a LAMP (Linux Apache MySQL PHP) based architecture. Proficiency in AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL. Understanding of fundamental Internet Protocols (DNS, HTTP, SSH, SMTP, FTP). Experience building fast, nimble, ad-hoc applications, etc.
Responsibilities: Help design and implement the core software of Announce Media’s websites including comparison shopping engines, social networking, and other industry verticals.​  Architecting, implementing and maintaining websites and tools to streamline business processes, automate tasks, and provide access to critical data within the company.​
