Vocalist Erin Bode is the Headliner at 'Olivette on the Go' Festival September 29

Popular St. Louis singer has performed all over the U.S. and the World.

'Olivette on the Go,' the fall festival for the City of Olivette has all kinds of entertainment and offerings the weekend of September 28-30.

The centerpiece of the showcase will be Saturday night, September 28, 7 p.m. when popular St. Louis vocalist Erin Bode takes center stage.

She has a beautiful crystal clear voice that is too exquisite to miss. She continues to win over audiences with her sweet delicate personality and her sincere performances.

She has a distinctive repertoire and crossover appeal evoking comparisons to Eva Cassidy and Norah Jones.

She performs songs from the Great American Songbook, pop classic, and her first original song, “Don’t Take Your Time.”

She has performed nationwide at venues such as Blue Alley in Washington, D.C., Zanzibar Blue Club in Philadelphia and at the Sweet Rhythm in New York. She has been to Europe twice, touring in Italy.

In late 2006,she traveled to South Africa to work with the Themba Girls’ School Choir.

All the entertainment Friday through Sunday at Olivette on the Go is free. Patrons are suggested to bring blankets and lawn chairs. Please leave the coolers and refreshments at home.
