Have Fun In The Kitchen With A Friend

Great Escape: Grab Your Friend, Partner, or Date and Cook Up Something Fun and Delicious

With cooking shows on the airwaves and celebrity chefs popping up everywhere, you too can learn to be an “Iron Chef” while having fun in the kitchen and learning how to create a gourmet meal.

On Saturday, March 19, 7—9 p.m. Dierbergs West Oak School of Cooking is offering the class “Couples Cook: Italian Cucina for Two.”

You and a friend will participate in this hands-on class and will get to sample the rewards of your work. The menu consists of: raspberry bellini; cannellini hummus with herbed pita chips; Caesar salad; Chicken Saute Provencal; risotto; corn pancakes; and biscotti.

It’ll be a refreshing break from cooking for everyone else; this time it’ll be just for you.

Cost is $80 for two.

Three ways to register:

1. In person at the store at Craig Road and Olive Boulevard.

2. By phone (314) 432-6505.

3. Print the registration form and mail it to:  Dierbergs School of Cooking, 11481 Olive Blvd., St. Louis, MO  63141.
