Free Small Business Lecture Saturday at Library Headquarters

The event begins at 9:30 a.m. and people can register online.

The St. Louis County Library will host a Saturday morning lecture about small businesses at its Headquarters branch on Aug. 3.

Mind your business: A small business lecture series will run from 9:30 a.m. to noon, according to the Library's website. The event is sponsored by the St. Louis County Library, the University of Missouri Extension, and Missouri Small Business & Technology Development Centers.

Saturday's lecture topic will be about writing the business plan for a small business, according to the Library's website. It's part of a summer lecture series providing information and resources to small business owners, entrepreneurs, and people thinking about starting a business.

Patrons interested in attending Saturdays event can register online. From 9:30 to 10 a.m., refreshments will be served and participants will have the chance to network with other entrepreneurs and professionals, according to the website, and the lecture workshop will begin at 10 a.m.
