Drivers are advised to avoid Spoede Road at Clayton Road Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
An advisory email sent out by the Frontenac Police Department Tuesday stated that Spoede Road will be closed at Clayton Road beginning at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
The alert stated that the closure is so that crews can make water main repairs. Drivers should use alternate routes.

Spoede Road is scheduled to be reopened by 4 a.m. Wednesday.
There will be additional paving work in that area Wednesday evening. Police will send out details on that work Wednesday. Check back to Patch for any updates.
