Emily Bailey and Kim Wallis have teamed up to help you boost your metabolism with a simple 28 minute workout (no equipment needed), straightforward nutrition education and delicious recipes!
Kim will lead you through the total body workout and Emily will discuss the most effective ways to increase your metabolism. No diets, no gimmicks. We want to help you reach your goals safely and effectively!
This workshop is designed to give you the tools you need to get a jump start and our handouts and videos will help you stick with it!

Emily is a Personal Trainer, Registered and Licensed Dietitian and NutriFormance's Director of Nutrition. In addition to Nutrition coaching, she teaches Treading.
Kim is the Director of Group Fitness & Private Pilates and a Certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer. Find her teaching anything from Sleek Physique to Indoor Cycling or upstairs in our studio applying the principles of Pilates to sports performance.
