Homes New to the Ladue Area Market in December

So what do Realtors do during the “off” season?  Well, there really isn’t an off season.  Even though there isn’t a big rush of homes coming on the market this month or homes going under contract, there is still a lot of activity for our business.    Right now, we are busy meeting with Sellers that are interested in selling in the Spring.  We are working with incoming University recruits that will move in the early summer.  And we are finishing contract negotiations for homes that went under contract in November that will close this month and in January.

Overall there seems to be a lack of inventory to choose from for a buyer.  This is usually good news for a seller, but there still needs to be enough on the market for a buyer to compare one home to another.  I expect the Spring market to be robust with activity.

Take a look at these homes that are new to the market within the last 10 days:

     810 Louwen Dr $349,900 3 Bed/ 2 Baths

     32 Eversdale Ct $385,995 3 Bed / 2 Baths

     611 Sarawood $389,900 6 Bed / 3 Baths

     10 Glen Abbey Dr $450,000 3 Bed / 3 Baths

     10465 Anzeiger Ave, $469,900 4 Bed / 2.5 Baths

     10123 Winding Ridge Rd, $3,950,000 6 Bed / 7.5 Baths

     1033 Wilton Royal Dr., #203 $129,900 2 Bed / 2 Baths
