Vote in the Police Chief Larry White Case

Judge throws wrongful termination suit out the window.

Ladue Police Chief Larry White's case versus the City of Ladue went splat on the sidewalks.

Citing sovereign immunity and the case of Gene Kunzie versus the City of Olivette, Judge Barbara W. Wallace of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County threw the entire case out. She claimed Chief White really had no case for being fired over racial profiling, or lack there of.

Seems like Ladue has had more than its share of legal wrangling. The Margaret Gilleo yard sign case that went to the Supreme Court is famous in Ladue circles forever.
