People dressed in pastels, jonquils waving in the breeze, Albert Pujols in action – all sure signs that spring is here. Rain is on the way this week, though, so run through the raindrops to these happenings, something sure to elevate the spirits.
Monday, April 4. Chocolate is loved all year long, but there’s something about Easter that jump-starts that craving. Bissinger’s at Plaza Frontenac,1701 S. Ethical Mindfulness Meditation meets each Sunday in the foyer of the Ethical Society of St. Louis, 9001 Clayton Rd. from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. This class teaches the practice of becoming aware of what is going on in and around you which is a powerful tool to deal with stress, promote physical and mental well-being, and awaken the senses to living ethically in the present moment.
