Meals With Wheels: Breakfast of Champions for Bike Riders

Take a gander at what our Lung Association cross country biker ate today.

On the road in Montana: What I ate today:

Three packets apple cinnamon oatmeal, one banana, two sleeves shot blocks, two packages of cheese crackers with peanut butter, half a baguette with nutella, a couple pickles, recoverite drink, package of beef jerky, grilled chicken, a giant pile of mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, salad with bleu cheese dressing, and banana cream pie.

Yay biking. It takes quite a few calories to keep the body functioning on a 3,300 mile ride. Anyone disagree?
