Ladue Man Charged With Exposing Himself to Boy in Restroom
The man faces a felony sexual misconduct charge.
A Ladue man was charged Tuesday with exposing himself to a child in a Brentwood store restroom last fall.
Christopher A. Frank, 42, of the 700 block of Cella Road in Ladue, faces a charge of sexual misconduct involving a child under age 15, a felony.
Brentwood Police reported that Frank got on his knees in a restroom stall and exposed his genitals to a child in the next stall Nov. 25. Police said Frank then laid on the floor and watched the boy use the restroom.
The restroom was in the Brentwood Home Depot at 1603 South Hanley Road.
Bond for Frank was set at $7,500.

Why did it take 9 mos. to bring charges against this man? How irresponsible of the Ladue and Brentwood police departments and the prosecuting attorney!
