Child custody case; auto wrecks, burglary highlight this week's report.

Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011

3:09 p.m. A person was arrested for shoplifting a tube of tooth paste from the Schnucks store at 8867 Ladue Rd.

Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2011

6:19 p.m. Police were called to #8 Warson Terrace over a dispute over a child custody case. The child did not want to leave with the mother, and police conformed to the rules of protection as ordered by the courts.

10:31 p.m. A St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter was reported to have had an automobile accident at #3 Exmoor Dr.

Thursday, Sept. 22, 2011

10:17 a.m. Someone broke into a back bathroom window and entered Small World Antiques at 9752 Clayton Rd. A list of missing or stolen items is still being compiled.

12:37 p.m. Police were called to the Litzsinger School, 10,094 Litzsinger Rd on a disturbance call. A teacher was reportedly assaulted by a student in the Special School Disrict.

6:38 p.m. An automobile accident was reported on the parking lot of John Burroughs School, 750 S. Price Rd. No injuries were reported.

Friday, Sept. 23, 2011

1:17 p.m. A one car accident occurred at 9841 Old Warson Rd. The car flipped over and hit a telephone pole and the driver, a male, age 55 was arrest for DWI.

9:07 p.m. A car parked behind Deer Creek Coffee at 9820 Clayton Rd. was broken into and a credit card was stolen.

Saturday, Sept. 24, 2011

11:00 a.m. A homeowner at 10,146 Springwood Dr. reported a leaf blower stolen from the garage. The theft occurred sometime during the month of September.

11:19 p.m. An automobile accident was reported in the Schnuck's parking lot. Two cars were involved, and there were no reported injuries.

Sunday, Sept. 25, 2011

7:50 p.m. A pedestrian was struck by an autobile at #2 Dromera Rd. The person was injured and transported to the hospital.
