If you saw Frontenac Fire Fighters out and about last fall, particularly in October, dressed in hot pink t-shirts, your eyes don't need an examination. You were not drinking.
The fire fighters were authorized to wear the shirts on duty. They were raising money for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation. Alltogether, they sold some 200 shirts and presented a check to the foundation for $1,800.
In the picture for the effort are: Captain Jim McClain; Lieutenant Rob Judd and Privates William Wolf, Jeff Woodson and Brannan Austin. Emily Warrick accepted the check on behalf of the Frontenac department.
