Frontenac Fire Department - Knox Box Installation
Fire department will install these secure key locking devices free of charge.
The Frontenac Fire Department offers the services to install a Knox Box, which is a secure box that will contain a key to your home.
The box will be installed by the Frontenac Fire Department and the key can be retrieved from the box in case of a fire or medical emergency at your home.
The keys to the Knox Box are secured and held only by fire department personnel.
Approximately 60 residents have had these installed. The cost of the Knox Boxes are less than $200 and are installed by the fire department at no charge.
