Cold Drenching Rain in the Area Tonight
National Weather Service says temperatures will again drop overnight.
Cold soaking rain will persist in the St. Louis Metro later today and tonight. The temperature is 46 degrees and falling.
We are much better off than the Northeast. A Winter Blizzard is predicted for New York City and all of New England as easterners begin to hunker down for the night.
