Clayton-Piloted Bread Company Cafe Launches in Chicago

Patrons of the restaurant are asked to pay what they can, the Chicago Tribune reported.

 

Chicago now has a specialized Saint Louis Bread Company cafe patterned after one in Clayton, the Chicago Tribune reported.

Quoting from the Tribune article:

"Panera is turning one of its first Chicago stores over to the community. The store at 616 W. Diversey Pkwy. is converting to a pay-what-you-can model Thursday with only suggested prices and donation boxes."
