For the second-consecutive year, the St. Joseph's Academy Amgels (21-5) have defeated the Jackson Indians in the sectional game of the Class 5 basketball playoffs.
Sydney Stipanovich paved the way to victory with a game-high 19 point performance at Northwest of House Springs in Cedar Hills.
The 21st win of the season earns St. Joe a quarterfinal berth at Lindenwood Saturday against Parkway South, winners over Parkway Central.
