11-Year-Old Boy Identified Chris Frank in Lineup as Suspect Who Exposed Himself
Ladue resident Christopher Frank was charged with a sexual misconduct felonly.
Brentwoood Police say they spent months investigating the case of Christopher Frank, of the 700 block of Cella Road in Ladue, who is suspected of exposing himself to an 11-year-old-boy in a restroom at the Brentwood Home Depot.
The St. Louis Post Dispatch reports they found their suspect using store reciepts and surveillance video.
The 11-year-old boy identified Frank in a lineup.
